Senior Professional Recruiter
EmPower HR Consulting LLC is seeking a professional recruiter to join our team in a growing human resource consulting firm. The recruiter will act as the primary point of contact between EmPower’s clients and passive candidates to fill open positions. Because our business model is to recruit only passive candidates for clients, you must be able to use phone networking as the
primary tool.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least five years of proactive, full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Both corporate and agency recruiting experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience effectively using and maintaining contact/resume database
  • Must be able to provide clients with the highest level of customer service
  • Honest and ethical
  • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently to produce results within an unstructured, dynamic environment
