Empower HR Consulting LLC's vision started with Diana Paoletti's desire to take her fifteen-plus years of real-life corporate HR leadership experience inside of companies to help them with their unique needs.

As an HR Consultant, Diana helps companies move beyond the "tried and true" to consider new, innovative approaches to their human resource challenges. By bringing an impartial outside perspective to the table, she is often able to help an organization see its old habits with fresh eyes. This helps to stimulate discussion about how to identify opportunities and solutions.

When developing solutions and recommendations for a company, Diana draws upon a variety of sources: benchmarking, data, and her own expertise culled from years of experience. But she always remains focused on the distinctive needs of the individual client.

Diana has been instrumental in developing, driving, and leading internal corporate strategic processes, programs, and practices within corporations at a national level. She recently earned her certification in Emerging Perspectives in Human Resources from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School - Executive Development Programs, and will be certified in Wharton School's Leading Organizational Change in May, 2008.
