Diana Paoletti
Diana has 17 combined years of HR Management and Consulting experience serving as a trusted advisor and consultant to the management-side of organizations.
Diana specializes in organizational change and communication, legal compliance and risk exposure, job performance, training and employee development. She empowers employees to better understand the difference their contributions make to the bottom line.
Currently a participant in a variety of HR forums and panels and as a former board member for the NW EEO/Affirmative Action Association, Diana believes that participation in these activities is a great way to stay current in her field.
Diana holds a Human Resource Leadership Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
